Discussion on the Design of Reform and Development Objectives and Route Selection in Provincial Geological Prospecting Bureau

地勘单位改革发展目标必须以省级地勘局为单元设计,做到统筹兼顾。在新形势下,省级地勘局的主要职能、职责是紧紧围绕国家和地方经济社会发展大局,干事业、带队伍、管资产,为国家做贡献,为单位求发展,为职工谋福祉。根据国家大政方针和省级地勘局的职能、职责,设计出改革发展总体目标和阶段性目标,选择实现目标的路径,争取实现目标的保障条件,以求全面实现企业化,成为不断发展壮大的矿业集团控股公司。

The paper focuses on the reform in provincial geological prospecting bureau.It points out that general objectives and periodical target of reform and development must be designed according to the major policies of the state and functions and responsibilities of provincial geological exploration bureau.Great efforts should be made for achieving the objectives,and making the geological prospecting bureau become a constantly growing mining group holding company in an attempt to fully realizing enterprises.
