The Main Methods and Inspiration of the Rural Collective Land Transformation in Jinjiang District of Chengdu

2007年6月,成都市被国务院批准为全国统筹城乡综合配套改革试验区。在这个大背景下,成都市积极推进农村土地管理制度改革,促使城乡土地资源、资产、资本有序流动,推动城乡一体化发展。作为成都的中心城区,锦江区积极推进农村产权制度改革,在成都市率先开展集体建设用地流转,走出同地同权的第一步,一些工作走在成都乃至全国的前列,值得总结和借鉴。

The paper mainly introduces the methods carried out by Jinjiang district of Chengdu city during the campaign in which fresh progress was made in reforming rural land management system,and urging the orderly ow of urban and rural land resources,assets and capital so as to promote the integrated development of urban and rural areas in Chengdu city.Jinjiang district,as the center of Chengdu City,actively promoted the reform of rural property rights system;and led the way in carrying out the collective construction land transaction.Jinjiang district took its place in the front ranks of Chengdu,even the whole country in some work,which is worthy of summarizing and learning.
