西安城市空间特色的保护与发展

Conservation and Development of Urban Space Characteristics of Xi'an

基于对西安城市自然地理环境、历史人文环境的分析,从塑造西安城市空间特色的角度,提出了保护老城、重塑新城的总体策略。在城市保护层面,注重保护西安的山水城市格局及众多的历史遗址遗存,制定相关的城市保护制度和法规;在重塑层面,整合城市历史资源与公共空间的基础上,一是实施"唐皇城复兴"规划,重新整合出老城的传统空间,二是注重提升片区的优势,打造特色新城,三是从城市形象的宏观、中观、微观3个层面并结合城市形象的组成要素,如城市色彩、建筑风格等,建立城市总体设计的研究框架。所提出的总体策略和方法为西安的城市建设提供了依据和参考。

Based on the urban natural geographical environment and historical human environment of Xi＇an,from the perspective of shaping the urban space characteristics of Xi＇an,the overall strategy to protect old town and remodel new town was proposed.On the protection level of city,focusing on the conservation of the landscape of the city pattern,remaining a large number of historical sites,building the development of relevant systems and regulations to conserve the city.On the remodeling level,based on the integration of urban historic resources and public space,the plannings include the aspects as follow：firstly,implementing of the planning of ＂Tang Imperial Renaissance＂,reintegrating the old city of traditional space,secondly,focusing on upgrading the advantages of area,creating the new city,thirdly,establishing the overall framework of urban design from the city＇s image macro,meso,micro levels considering city image elements,such as urban color,architectural style and so on.The overall strategies and methods provide a basis and reference for the construction of Xi＇an.
