铁路货物装载加固方案评估方法的研究

至今，对货物装载加固方案优劣的判断缺乏科学的依据。为此，文中首次提出并建立了装载加固方案的综合评价指标体系及评价标准，并采用专家评分评价法对方案加以评估。对于优化方案及辅助决策，具有一定的指导作用和现实意义。

Up to date, no scientific method has been used in judging the loading and securing plan of the railway goods. For this reason, this paper presents and establishes a comprehensive evaluation index system and the evaluation standard for the first time, then an evaluation method by experts is given. The provided system and method have guidance and current significance to the plan optimization and assisting for making a decision.
