文章分析了Ｇ－ＯＮＨＰＰ模型在完全共效数据和不完全共效数据情况下，运用极大似然法求解参数ａ和参数ｂ时，存在有限正数解ａ、ｂ的充要条件作了分析，并且证明了在此充要条件下，其参数解是唯一的。

G O NHPP software reliability model is an important model,it has been widely used.But the work about estimating the parameters is still undone.In this paper,it is presented a necessary and sufficient condition for the likelihood estimates about parameters a and b to be finite,positive and unique when the software failure data is interfailure data or grouped data.
