摘要
以Pyroflow型410t/h循环流化床锅炉为参考对象,按照MMS模块化建模原则,建立了一个循环流化床锅炉的通用数学模型。燃烧室模型采用“小室模型”,考虑了循环流化床内气、固两相流动,宽筛分煤颗粒燃烧,脱硫剂脱硫,NOx生成与还原,宽筛分颗粒磨损,流化床传热等;采用“环—核”双区流动模型,考虑了稀相区沿径向的“环—核”内循环。通过动态模型的计算机仿真并与现场取得的数据比较表明:该循环流化床燃烧系统动态数学模型较全面、准确地反映了实际系统的动态特性,具有一定的应用价值。
Applying the concepts of modular modeling,a general mathematical model of CFB boiler by taking the 410t/h Neijiang Pyroflow type CFB boiler as the object is established.For the employing of current cell model of furnace, the model includes gas/solid fluidization,combustion of coal particles with wide size distribution,NO x formation and reduction,SO 2 retention,heat transfer. Applying the core-annual hydrodynamics model, to estimate the influence recirculation. After comparing with the real site dynamic record data it can be drawn out that the mathematical model and simulation software package can affect properly the dynamic processes of this CFBC system,and that it has some practical value.
