子宫内膜样腺癌组织HIF-1α和VEGF及ERα的表达 被引量:5

Expression of hypoxia inducible factor-1α,vascular endothelial growth factor and estrogen receptor-α in endometrioid adenocarcinoma tissues

摘要 目的:研究HIF-1α、VEGF和ERα在子宫内膜样腺癌组织中的表达。方法:免疫组化SP法检测子宫内膜样腺癌、不典型增生和正常子宫内膜组织中HIF-1α、VEGF和ERα的表达。结果:HIF-1α在子宫内膜样腺癌组织中的阳性率Ⅰ期为69.4%,Ⅱ期为84.6%,Ⅲ~Ⅳ期为95.2%,Ⅲ~Ⅳ期与Ⅰ期比较差异有统计学意义,P=0.0491。VEGF表达阳性率Ⅰ期为63.9%,Ⅱ期为76.9%,Ⅲ~Ⅳ期为90.5%,Ⅲ~Ⅳ期与Ⅰ期比较差异有统计学意义,P=0.0279;HIF-1α和VEGF的表达与月经状况、组织学分级无关。ERα表达与组织学分级有关,G1为91.7%,G2为67.7%,G3为26.7%,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05;与月经状况、手术病理分期无关。HIF-1α和VEGF的表达呈正相关,P=0.0000,和ERα的表达呈负相关(P=0.0486)。结论:子宫内膜样腺癌中HIF-1α和VEGF呈过表达,ERα表达下降,3者在子宫内膜样腺癌的发生、发展中起重要作用。 OBJECTIVE:To study the expression of hypoxia inducible factor-1 α(HIF-1α),vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)and estrogen receptor α (ERα)in endometrioid adenocarcinoma tissues.METHODS:Immunohistochemical staining SP method was used to detect the expression of HIF-1α,VEGF and ERα in endometrioid adenocarcinoma,atypical hyperplasia endometrium and normal endometrium.RESULTS:The positive rates of HIF-1α in stagesⅠ,Ⅱand Ⅲ~Ⅳ were 69.4%,84.6% and 95.2%,respectively.The difference between stageⅢ~Ⅳ andⅠwas significant (P=0.049 1).The positive rates of VEGF in stagesⅠ,Ⅱand Ⅲ~Ⅳ were 63.9%,76.9% and 90.5%,respectively.The difference between stageⅢ~Ⅳ andⅠwas significant (P=0.027 9).There was no relationship between HIF-1α/VEGF expression and menopause status and histologica1 grade.The positive rates of ERα in G1,G2 and G3 were 91.7%,67.7% and 26.7%,respectively (P0.05).There was no relationship between ERα expression and menopause status and surgical-pathologic stage.The expression of HIF-1α was positively associated with VEGF(P=0.000 0),and was negatively associated with ERα(P=0.048 6).CONCLUSIONS:HIF-1α and VEGF may be over-expressed in endometrioid adenocarcinoma,and the expression of ERα may be decreased.They may play an important role in the initiation and development of endometrioid adenocarcinoma.
