HP相关性胃病变组织Survivin和VEGF的表达及其意义

Expressions of Survivin and vascular endothelial growth factor and their significance in Helicobacter pylori-associated gastric ulcer and gastric cancer tissues

目的:探讨幽门螺杆菌(HP)相关性胃溃疡、胃癌组织中Survivin和血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)的表达及三者的相互关系。方法:选择外科手术切除的65例胃溃疡和50例胃癌病理标本,采用免疫组化二步法检测HP、Survivin和VEGF的表达。结果:胃溃疡和胃癌组织中HP表达阳性的病例均明显高于HP表达阴性的病例,P<0.05;胃溃疡和胃癌HP(+)表达中Survivin和VEGF阳性表达与HP(-)表达中相比差异有统计学意义,P<0.05;Survivin和VEGF蛋白的表达与胃癌组织学类型、临床分期、浸润深度和有无淋巴结转移密切相关,P<0.05;Survivin和VEGF在胃溃疡、胃癌组织中表达呈正相关,r=0.963,0.984,P均<0.05。结论:胃溃疡、胃癌组织中Survivin和VEGF的表达与HP感染相关,其HP感染为初始因素,三者的协同作用导致胃溃疡、胃癌的发生发展。

OBJECTIVE：To probe the expressions of Survivin and vascular endothelial growth factor（VEGF） in H pylori-associated gastric ulcer（GU）and gastric cancer（GC）tissues and their correlations,and further investigate the mechanism of H pylori-induced GU and GC.METHODS：SABC immunohistochemical technique was used to detect the expressions of H pylori,Survivin and VEGF in pathological samples of GU（n=65）and GC（n=50）.RESULTS：The incidence rates of GU and GC existed significant diference between the H pylori positive and negative groups（P〈0.05）.The expressions of Survivin and VEGF in H pylor positive GU and GC tissues were significantly higher than those in H pylori negative ones （P〈0.05）.The expressions of Survivin and VEGF in GC tissues were related to the clinical stage,pathologic type,lymph node metastasis and depth of invasion type （P〈0.05）.There existed significant correlations between the expressions of Survivin and VEGF in GC and GU tissues （r were 0.963 and 0.984,P〈0.05）.CONCLUSIONS：H pylori infection is closely related to the expressions of Survivin and VEGF in GU and GC.H pylori infection may be the initiating factor.H pylor infection,Survivin and VEGF expressions play synergic roles in the occurrence of GU and GC.
