T-淋巴细胞亚群测定与鼻咽癌预后关系的探讨

Basic value of T-lymphocyte subsets and its relationship with prognosis of nasopharyngeal carcinoma

为了探讨鼻咽癌患者治疗前T-淋巴亚群(CD3+、CD4+、CD8+、CD4+/CD8+)基础值与治疗后局部复发及转移的预后关系,对病理确诊的42例鼻咽癌患者放化疗前行T-淋巴细胞亚群检测,以探讨其与预后的关系。CD3+、CD4+和CD8+于鼻咽癌各期分布无明显差异,而CD4+/CD8+比值随分期增加有下降趋势。随访显示,CD4+/CD8+比值降低者,与CD4+/CD8+比值正常或升高者相比,具有更高的局部复发及远处转移风险,差异有统计学意义,P=0.001。初步研究结果提示,鼻咽癌治疗前自身免疫状态与鼻咽癌的预后有关,CD4+/CD8比值可作为评价鼻咽癌预后的客观指标之一。

The objective of this study was to explore the relationship between the basic value of T-Lymphocyte subsets with before treatment and the prognosis of local recurrence and metastasis after treatment.A total of 42 cases of nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients confirmed by pathology were assayed T-Lymphocyte subsets before chemotherapy and radiotherapy.CD3^＋,CD4^＋,CD8^＋ in the NPC was no significant difference in the distribution of each period,while the CD4^＋ /CD8^＋ ratio has a downward trend with increasing stage;Follow-up result showed,the one of lower ratio of CD4^＋/CD8 had higher risk of local recurrence and distant metastasis,compared with the normal or elevated one,the difference was statistically significant （P=0.001）.Preliminary research findings suggest that the autoimmune status before treatment is relationship with prognosis of of nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients,the ratio of CD4^＋/CD8^＋ can be used as one of objective prognosis of nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients.
