食管鳞癌组织GST-π和TOPO-Ⅱ表达及其相关性研究 被引量:9

Expressions of GST-π and TOPT-Ⅱ and their correlation in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma

摘要 目的:研究食管鳞癌组织谷胱甘肽S-转移酶-π(GST-π)和DNA拓扑异构酶Ⅱ(TOPO-Ⅱ)表达及其相关性研究。方法:应用免疫组化SP法检测GST-π和TOPO-Ⅱ48例食管鳞癌组织和30例正常黏膜组织中的表达。结果:在正常食管黏膜和食管鳞癌组织中GST-π和TOPO-Ⅱ的阳性表达率分别为30.00%(9/30)、20.00%(6/30)和64.58%(31/48)、41.67%(20/48);食管鳞癌组织和正常食管黏膜比较差异均有统计学意义,P<0.05。GST-π和TOPO-Ⅱ的表达与淋巴结转移无关;与分化程度有关;GST-π与TOPO-Ⅱ的表达呈负相关(r=-0.787,P<0.05)。结论:联合检测GST-π和TO-PO-Ⅱ可以作为判断食管癌浸润、转移能力的有效指标。同时可应用于预测患者临床化疗的敏感性,筛选出不具有耐药的联合方案,提高疗效。 OBJECTIVE:To investigate the expressions of GST-π and TOPO-Ⅱ and their correlation in esophageal squamous cell carcinomar.METHODS:The expressions of GST-π and TOPO-Ⅱ were studied in tissues from cancer(n=48)and normal mucosa(n=30)of the esophageal by SP immunohistochemistry.RESULTS:The positive rates of GST-π were 30.00%(9/30)and 64.58%(31/48)in normal mucosa and cancer of the esophageal,respectively(P0.05),and the positive rates of TOPO-Ⅱ were 20.00%(6/30)and 41.67%(20/48),respectively(P0.05).The expressions of GST-π and TOPO-Ⅱ uncorrelated with LN(+),but correlated with the differentiation.The GST-π expression was negatively correlated with the expression of TOPO-Ⅱ(r=-0.787,P0.05).CONCLUSIONS:United examining GST-π and TOPO-Ⅱ can become an objective target to evaluate the potential power of invasion and lymph node metastasis of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma.The present study suggests that GST-π and TOPO-Ⅱexpressions are important predictors of chemosensitivity in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma cells,the assessment of them may be of benefit to select more combining chemotherapy drugs for improving the treatment of cancer patients.
