摘要 以NI的LabVIEW软件和CompactRIO硬件为平台,设计并实现了用于工业生产现场的远程动态测试系统。基于CompactRIO平台实现现场多通道的数据采集和远程传输;上位PC用于远程监测,利用LabVIEW提供的网络共享变量技术与实时目标CompactRIO建立网络通信,采用模块化与结构化编程思路对采集的信号进行时域、频域以及时频联合等多种分析,并实现文件的保存、打印等功能。试验表明,基于CompactRIO开发的远程动态测试系统测量结果精确可靠,具有较高的灵活性和稳定性,能够适应各种复杂和特殊的工业环境。 Using the NI LabVIEW software and CompactRIO hardware platform, thi s paper designed and implemented remote dynamic measurement system for the use of industral production at scene. Multi-channel data acquisition and remote transmission were realized based on the CompactRIO platform. Host PC, which was used for remote monitoring, utilized the network shared variables technology provided by LabVIEW to establish network communication with CompactRIO real-time target, then it used modular and structured programming idea s to realize the functions of data analysis in time domain, frequency domain for the acquired signal through CompactRIO, as well as joint time-frequency domain analysis, document storage, printing, etc. The experiment showed that this system developed on CompactRIO is precise and reliable in measurement results, has higher ? exibility and stability. It can be widely used in complex and special industrial environment.
