摘要
黄姜薯蓣皂素是一种重要的合成甾体激素药物的基础原料和药物中间体,可以合成蛋白同化激素、皮质激素、性激素为主的几百种甾体激素药物。皂素含量的检测,现在多数使用的是《中华人民共和国药典》1995年版附录"熔点测定法"进行类比近似检测,测定方法属经典方法 ,但缺点是时间长,易造成观测误差,仪器造成的系统误差较大,人为因素较多,产生了定性不准的缺点。本文通过高效液相法检测黄姜皂素中皂素含量的描述,并将结果和"熔点测定法"结果进行比较,说明高效液相法检测黄姜皂素中皂素含量方法可行、结果准确。
Turmeric diosgenin is an important basic raw material and drug intermediates, which can synthesize several hundreds of kinds of steroid hormone drugs, such as anabolic hormones, corticosteroids, and sex hormones. Most people use "Melting Point Determination" that quotes "The People’s Republic of China Pharmacopoeiain" published in 1995 to measure the content of saponin. This is a classical method, but the drawback is a long time and could easily lead to observational error, systematic error can be larger caused by equipments, resulting in a qualitative shortcomings. In this paper, we use HPLC to detect the content of ginger saponin. meanwhile we compare the results with the"Melting Point Determination", which suggests the method that HPLC detection of the content of ginger saponin is feasible and accurate.
