摘要
以TiCl4为原料,分别以Cr(NO3)3、Fe(NO3)3和Al(NO3)3为掺杂剂,采用共沉淀制备了含不同掺杂剂和掺杂量的纳米二氧化钛凝胶,利用综合热分析仪(热重分析一差示扫描量热联用仪,简称DSC-TG)研究了纳米二氧化钛凝胶从30-1100℃热稳定性以及组分和物相的变化,XRD测定了二氧化钛凝胶在煅烧过程中晶型转变。结果表明:含不同掺杂剂和不同掺杂量凝胶的DSC-TG曲线有很大的差别;Cr3+和Fe3+掺杂能促进金红石相的形成,Al3+掺杂有利于锐钛矿相的稳定。
Ion doping Nano-TiO2 gels were synthesized by co-precipitation method from TiCl4 and M(NO3)3(M= Cr3+,Fe3+ and Al3+). DSC and TG techniques were usded to study the changes of TiO2 gels compositions and phases from 30°C to 1100°C. The phase transitions from anatase to rutile were examined by XRD. The results show that the effects of doping of Cr3+, Fe3+ and Al3+ on thermal stability and phase transition of Nano-TiO2 gel are different. The doped Cr3+ and Fe3+ can effectively expedite the phase transformation from anatase to rutile but Al3+ can restrain.
