摘要
分析了变电站程序化操作远动接口实现中的几个关键环节,对操作方案、协议基础、操作票传输、间隔层信息连锁等程序化操作的核心问题进行了探讨。并以实际工程为基础比较了目前国内已经存在的几种实施方案,给出了变电站远动装置实现程序化操作的优化设计:集中式和分布式相结合,以IEC61850和IEC101、IEC104扩展IEC103的协议为基础,实现操作票的传输、态值的传递、过程信息的交互等功能。
This paper analyzes some key problems in the realization of the substation sequence operation telecontrol interface, and discusses the pivotal sequence operation problems about the operation scheme, the protocol foundation, the operation order transmission and bay level interlock information, etc. Through comparing several realization schemes which already have been applied in domestic practical engineering projects, this paper gives the optimized design scheme for realizing the sequence operation function of the substation telecontrol equipment. Though the combination of centralized mode and distributed mode, and on the basis of the protocols IEC61850, IEC 101, IEC 104 and IEC 103, this new solution can realize operation order transmission, data information state transfer and process information interchange, etc.
