吸附树脂处理丙烯酸酯生产废水的试验研究 被引量:3

摘要 采用树脂吸附法处理丙烯酸酯生产过程中产生的工业废水,选择CHA-11型树脂进行工艺条件试验,取得了良好的效果。该树脂对废水中以对苯二酚为主的有机物的平均吸附率达90%以上,树脂工作吸附量为265~270mg/ml湿树脂。 Technical conditions of type CHA-11 resin has been studied when it was applied as an adsorption agent in deal with the industrial waste water produced by the process of acrolenate production.Experimental results indicate that this kind of resin has superior adsorbability on organic matter especially for the paradioxybenzene,the average rate of adsorption is higher than 90% and the capacity of adsorption is about 265-270 mg/ml wet resin.
