摘要
介绍了一种基于客户／服务器的用电营业系统。该系统以ＷＩＮＤＯＷＳＮＴ４．０为平台，采用Ｃｌｉｅｎｔ／Ｓｅｒｖｅｒ网络结构，在服务器端由数据库服务器－Ｓｙｂａｓｅ统一管理数据库，并利用ＰｏｗｅｒＢｕｉｌｄｅｒ５．０开发客户端应用程序。
The system for electro-business based on Client/Server network is designed on the flat of Windows NT 4.0.In this system,database is managed by Sybase which is a kind of database server.Application procedure is programmed by PowerBuilder 5.0.
