摘要
介绍了一种采用单片机技术实现的具有引线电阻补偿和时漂、温漂补偿功能的热电阻测温电路,能有效地消除引线电阻造成的测量误差,并能够抑制测量电路本身的漂移,满足了高精度温度测量的要求。
The paper introduces a RTD temperature measurement circuit with functions compensating the lead-wire resistance and drift.It uses a microcontroller as the major part.It removes measurement error from the lead-wire resistance and drift of the measurement circuit itself,fit for temperature measurement accurately.
