摘要
目的获得一室模型药物血管外给药的药动学参数;方法给予单次剂量X0,3个采样点时间为t、2t和3或4t,根据给定的药动学参数(ka、k和V/F)计算各取样点的理论血药浓度(c1、c2和c3),推算ka、k和V/F值。结果参数推算值与给定值一致。结论三点法可以用于获取一室模型血管外给药的药动学参数。
OBJETIVE To obtain the pharmacokinetic parameters of one-compartment model drug by extra-venous administration.METHODS The three-point method was used to calculate pharmacokinetic parameters(ka,k and V/F)by theoretic plasma concentration(c1,c2 and c3) of three sampling points(t1,t2 and t3) on provided pharmacokinetic parameters.RESULTS The calculated value of parameters was in accordance with provided.CONCLUSION The three-point method may be used to obtain the pharmacokinetic parameters of one-compartment model drug by extra-venous administration.
