摘要
目的建立逍遥丸(当归、柴胡、甘草、白芍等)的质量标准。方法采用薄层色谱鉴别法对处方中当归、柴胡、白芍、甘草进行鉴别;采用高效液相色谱法测定芍药中芍药苷含量。结果在显微鉴别中检出生药粉;在薄层色谱中检出当归、柴胡、白芍、甘草;芍药苷在0.1164~1.7460μg范围内线性关系良好,相关系数为0.99996,平均加样回收率为99.8%,关系标准差(RSD)为1.6%。结论方法可行,重现性好,可用与该产品的质量控制。
OBJECTIVE To establish the quality standard for Xiaoyao pills(Radix Angelicae Sinensis,Radix Bupleuri,Radix Glycyrrhizae,Padix Raeoniae Alba,etc.).METHODS Radix Angelicae Sinensis,Radix Glycyrrhizae,Padix Raeoniae Alba were identified by Microscopical chatacteristics.Radix Angelicae Sinensis,Radix Bupleuri,Radix Glycyrrhizae,Radix Raeoniae Alba in solution were identified by TCL;The contents of paeoniflorm were determined by HPLC.RESULTS Radix Angelicae Sinensis,Radix Glycyrrhizae,Padix Raeoniae Alba were identified by Microscopical chatacteristics Radix Angelicae Sinensis,Radix Bupleuri,Radix Glycyrrhizae,Radix Raeoniae Alba in solution were identified by TCL.Paeoniflorm's liner range was 0.1164~1.7460μg,and the average recovery rate was 99.8% with RSD=1.6%.CONCLUSION The method is workable,repeatability and can be applied to the quality control of the preparation.
