芹菜素对刀豆蛋白A诱导的免疫性肝损伤小鼠的保护作用 被引量:3

摘要 目的研究芹菜素(AP)对免疫性肝损伤小鼠的保护作用。方法通过尾静脉注射20 mg/kg刀豆蛋白A(Con A)诱发免疫性肝损伤小鼠模型,连续6天给予小鼠75、150和300 mg/kg AP灌胃,用石蜡切片-HE染色检测肝脏病理变化,速率法检测谷丙转氨酶(ALT)的活性。结果与模型组比较,75~300 mg/kg AP均能抑制Con A诱发的肝门静脉炎症细胞侵润和血清ALT活性的升高,具有浓度依赖性。结论 AP对Con A诱发的小鼠免疫性肝损伤具有较好的保护作用。 Objective To investigate the protection of apigenin on autoimmune hepatitis in mice. Methods The mouse model of autoimmune hepatitis was induced by 20 mg/kg concanavalin A(Con A) i.v.,and mice were fed on 75,150 and 300 mg/kg AP for 6 days continuously,then paraffin section-HE staining was used to test the pathology of liver,and rate method was used to detect the activity of alanine aminotransferase(ALT). Results 75~300 mg/kg AP can inhibit the invasion of inflammatory cells to hepatic portal vein and the increased level of ALT in response to Con A in a dose dependent manner. Conclusion AP has a good protective effect on autoimmune hepatitis in mice induced by Con A.
