准分子激光术中丝裂霉素应用疗效的观察

Observation on Efficacy of Mitomycin C Application in Laser Subepithelial Keratomileusis

目的观察丝裂霉素C(mitomycin C,MMC)在中高度近视准分子激光上皮下角膜磨镶术中的疗效。方法 180例(360眼)近视患者随机分为术中不用0.02%丝裂霉素(对照组)和用0.02%丝裂霉素(MMC组),每组90例(180只眼),分别于术后1个月、3个月、6个月定期随访检查,观察角膜haze的发生情况以及裸眼视力、角膜上皮愈合时间等。结果 MMC组haze的发生率明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。裸眼视力、角膜上皮愈合时间等指标在组间比较差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论丝裂霉素C在中高度近视准分子激光上皮下角膜磨镶术中的应用,可减轻术后haze的发生。

Objective To observe the efficacy of mitomycin C in highly myopic laser subepithelial keratomileusis. Methods 180 cases（360 eyes） with myopia were randomly assigned to group without the use（control group） or with the use of 0.02% mitomycin C（MMC group）,90 patients（180 eyes）in each group.To observe the occurrence of corneal haze,as well as uncorrected visual acuity and corneal epithelial healing time in follow-up 1 month,3 months and 6 months after surgery respectively. Results The incidence of haze in MMC group was significantly lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.The indicators of uncorrected visual acuity,corneal epithelial healing time between the two groups had no significant difference（P0.05）. Conclusion Application of mitomycin C in highly myopic laser subepithelial keratomileusis reduce the incidence of postoperative haze.
