摘要
就电力事业发展的趋势,从整个社会需要(节能、费用最小和环保因素)以及现代化管理角度出发,论述了当前封闭的电力系统结构,向开放型电力系统方向发展的必要性及其所涉及的若干问题。对电力市场、需求侧管理(DSM)和综合资源规划(IRP)等问题作了简要评说。
In view of the trend of electric industry developing.Social need of energy- save,economization and environmental Protection,as well as modern management. Same problems about open - type power system construction necessity and principle are discussed.The electric power market,demend side management(DSM) and integreted resources programme (IRP) are also reviewed.
