摘要
对开展带电作业的必要性、经济性、安全性进行了探讨,论述了带电作业对供电可靠性和人体的影响,并对配网的带电作业、带电作业技术、工器具的交流及开展对外服务提出了建议。
The necessity economization and safety of development of live - wire work are discussed. The effects of live- wire work to power supply reliability and human body are summarized. Some opinion about technics、tools and public service of live- wire work are suggested.
