摘要
针对包络环面蜗杆副制造工艺中的滚刀铲磨,提出一种最佳近似制造的实现方法,以周向铲齿为基本方法,通过理论造型误差分析和参数优化,将误差控制在允许范围,实现滚刀的铲磨加工。应用微分几何方法,对环面蜗轮滚刀的几何特性进行了深入剖析,得出了滚刀各螺旋面方程、刃口方程、螺旋升角及侧刃后角计算公式等,为后续的滚刀理论造型误差分析与控制等研究工作提供理论基础。
Aiming at the problems of the envelope annular worm gear manufacturing process-hob relieving grinding,this paper proposed an implementation of an approximate method of manufacture,which used relieving grinding along the circumferential direction as the basic approach,and the theoretical form error analysis and parameter optimization to let the error control in the allowable range,to achieve relieving grinding process.By appling differential geometry method and detailed analysis of Worm hob geometry characteristics,it obtained the spiral surface equations of hob,cutting edge equation,helix angle and the clearance angle of lateral edge calculation formulas to provide a theoretical basis.for the subsequent research of hob theoretical form error analysis and control.
