摘要
SDS聚-丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳(SDS-PAGE)是一种可靠的分析蛋白质特性技术。尽管该技术的操作方法和步骤已有很多文献作了较为详细地报道,但在指导学生实验中仍发现很多操作步骤不切合实际,如制胶过程复杂、操作步骤不清晰等。经过多年实践,修改了一些SDS-PAGE的操作步骤,降低实验难度,提高实验可操作性,适合于教学活动。
SDS-polyacrylaminde gel electrophoresis （SDS-PAGE） is a reliable technique used in protein analysis. Based on many years＇ experience, we modify some procedures in SDS-PAGE to make this technique more practicable. There- fore, the improved SDS-PAGE can be applied in protein analysis, especially it is suitable to our educational activities.
