摘要
介绍河海大学力学实验中心近年来培养大学生创新能力的一些做法。阐述大学生力学实验创新能力培养的一些关键问题,如力学创新基地建设、创新实验项目确定、大学生的能动性、实验指导教师等方面。最后,探索大学生力学实验创新能力培养中的一些共性问题的建议。
Some measures about the training of innovative ability for undergraduates were introduced,The key factors for the training of innovative ability in mechanical experimentation were discussed,such as constructions of innovative base,innovative project,activity of undergraduates,as well as faculty advisers.Some suggestions to solve the problems in the operations are presented at last.
