摘要
设计了一款针对学校实验室常用的模拟芯片的测试仪,测试的核心是AT89C55单片机,控制整个测试流程,对测试数据进行处理、判断等,并给出最终结果。输入部分主要是3个按键,用来给单片机复位和选择待测芯片;输出部分以液晶显示器为主,另外还有发光二极管作为辅助指示装置。介绍了测试仪的总体设计思路、硬件设计和部分软件设计,并对测试仪的一些问题和后续工作作了说明。
A testing instrument was designed for school laboratory used analog chips.The core of the detection is the AT89C55 microcomputer which controls the whole testing process,treats and judges the data,and gives final results.Three buttons are the main parts of the input,they are used to reset the microcomputer and select the chip to be tested.The main output is the LCD,and there are also LED devices as auxiliary indication devices.This paper described the(overall) design ideas of the test instrument,the design of hardware and some software design,and explained some problems and follow-up.
