QQ号码作为动产,具备物的基本属性,属于广义的虚拟财产范畴。腾讯公司对QQ号码享有所有权,QQ用户对QQ号码享有动产用益物权。QQ号码受到侵害时,权利人可基于物权的排他性获得对义务人的物权请求权和损害赔偿请求权。因腾讯公司违约而导致QQ号码被第三人侵害时,腾讯公司和第三人对QQ号码的损失承担不真正连带责任。

Tencent Inc. has the ownership of QQ numbers, while QQ customers have real right of benefit and use of movables. When QQ numbers are attacked, the obligees can get the claim of real right from obligors and damage compensation based on the exclusiveness of real right. When QQ numbers are violated by a third person because of Tencent Inc. ＇ s breach of agreement, Tencent Inc. and the third person take unreal joint responsibility for the loss of QQ numbers.
