国家助学贷款政策运行机制目前存在执行机制可操性不强、评估机制反馈不及时、监控机制监管不力、调整机制调整不到位等问题。构建有效的运行机制对促进国家助学贷款政策的贯彻执行具有重要的理论和实践意义。

The operating mechanism of national student loan policy refers to the internal operating style and enforcement mechanism which relies on the national student loan policy. At present, some issues exist in the operating mechanism of national student loan policy such as low operability in execution mechanism, not timely feeding back in evaluation mechanism, weak supervision in supervision mechanism, and out-of-place adjustment in adjusting mechanism, etc. It will be of important theoretical and practical significance if an effective mechanism to promote the implementation of national student loan policy is built.
