摘要 建立了无糖食品中葡萄糖、果糖、蔗糖、麦芽糖、乳糖的高效液相色谱-串联四极杆质谱联用测定方法。本方法以水提取样品,以Waters Carbohydrate Analysis柱(300mm×3.9mm,10μm)分离,流动相为水-乙腈(15∶85,V/V),电喷雾负离子MRM模式检测。方法的检出限为0.1g/kg;线性范围为2.5~125.0mg/L;加标回收率为86.2%~97.7%;相对标准偏差为3.1%~8.7%。 A LC-MS-MS method was developed for the determination of glucose, fructose, sucrose, maltose and lactose in sugar-free products. The mass spectrometer was operated in the negative mode using MRM. In this method, samples were extracted with water and chromatographic separation was carried out using a Waters Carbohydrate Analysis column (300 mm× 3.9 mm, 10 μm) with a mobile phase of acetonitrile-water(85∶15, V/V). The limit of detection is 0.1 g/kg and the linear range was obtained from 2.5 to 125.0 mg/L. Overall recoveries were between 86.2% and 97.7%, and RSD value were between 3.1%and 8.7%.
