高斯光束经含光阑失调光学系统的传输特性 被引量:6

摘要 为分析光学系统中圆孔光阑和透镜失调对高斯光束传输特性的影响,利用硬边椭圆光阑的近似展开式和适用于失调光学系统的广义衍射公式,推导了高斯光束经含失调圆孔光阑的失调光学系统传输的近似解析式,得出了输出光束场分布与光束参量、孔径尺寸、ABCD矩阵元、光阑和光学系统失调量间的关系。针对特定光学系统,定量分析了各失调量对输出光束场分布的影响。 To analyze the influence of misaligned parameters of circular aperture and Lens in optical system on propagation properties of Gaussian beam,an approximate analytical expression of the output field distribution for an Gaussian beam passing through an misaligned optical system with misaligned circular aperture has been deduced by using approximate expression of the hard-edge ellipse aperture function and generalized diffraction formula.The output field distribution depending on the Gaussian beam parameters,the aperture size,the ABCD matrix elements and misaligned parameters is obtained.Some influences of misaligned parameters on output field distribution are also illustrated quantitatively for given optical system.
