摘要
根据蒸发冷却电机密封的特点，结合高压绝缘套管的技术要求，采用环氧树脂和玻璃丝纤维材料制成的玻璃钢绝缘套管，具有绝缘性能好、密封可靠，结构工艺简单等优点。本文着重介绍套管结构、实验研究和实际使用情况。结果表明，玻璃钢套管用作１１ｋＶ级电机定子引线绝缘套管，是能够保证电机长期安全运行。
According to seal characters of evaporative cooling generator and technical demand of high voltage bushing a bushing composed of epoxy rasin glass material was developed,and it has advantages such as good insulation,seal reliability, simple structure and manufacturing technology.In this paper, a bushing structure and it′s testing results,and the results of application to a real machine are introduced.All these show that this bushing used in a 11kV generator is capable to guarantee it′s long term safe operation.
