摘要
本文论述了作者所开发的数控线切割机床上渐开线齿轮ＣＡＭ软件的结构、功能及原理。这一系统可完成标准圆柱直齿轮、变位圆柱齿轮及根切齿轮的圆弧拟合、图形输出、数控编程及数控动态仿真的过程。
The paper presents the structure,function and principle of the CAM software of the involute gear for the numerical control WEDM.This system can accomplish the processes of the circular arc simulation graph output,numerical control programming and numerical control dynamic simulation of the standard cylindrical gear,modified cylindrical gear and undercut gear.
