注射用双黄连对细菌生物膜影响研究

目的:建立大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌细菌生物膜(BBF)的模型,考察注射用双黄连对BBF形成的影响及抑制作用。方法:在特定的条件、方法下分别对细菌单独培养和细菌与提取物共同培养,通过酶标仪测量其OD值来考察BBF的生长能力。结果:注射用双黄连对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌BDF的形成均有抑制作用。

Objective：Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus biof ilm（BBF）model to study injection Shuanghuanglian on BBF formation and inhibition.Methods：Under certain conditions,methods of bacteria cultured alone,respectively,and cultured for bacteria and extracts,measured by micro plate reader to examine their OD value of the growth ability of BBF.Results：The injection of Shuanghuanglian on E.coli and Staphylococcus aureus inhibit the formation of BDF.
