RP—HPLC法测定小儿肺热咳喘口服液中黄芩苷含量

Determination of baicalin in Xiao'er feire kequan Oral Liquid by RP-HPLC

目的:建立一种可测定小儿肺热咳喘口服液中黄芩苷的RP-HPLC方法。方法:采用Shim-pack VP-ODS(250mm×4.6mm5μm)为色谱柱;流动相为甲醇-0.3%磷酸溶液(42:58);检测波长为277nm;流速为1.0mL/min;柱温为40℃;峰面积外标法定量;结果:本法黄芩苷在1.044×10-2μg～2.61μg范围内呈良好的线性关系,(r=0.999995),平均回收率为99.0%,RSD0.99%;结论:本方法简便、快速、准确可靠,可作为该制剂的质控方法。

AIM：To establish a RP-HPLC method for determining the content of baicalin in Xiao＇er feire kequan Oral Liquid.METHODS：A Shim-pack C18column was used.The mobile phase was methanol-0.3%Phosphoric acid solution（42：58）.The detection wavelength was 277nm.RESULTS：The linear range of baicalin was 1.044×10^-2μg～2.61μg（r=0.999995）.The average recovery（n=9） was 99.0%.RSD was 0.99%.CONCLUSION：The method is simple,reliable,accurate and can be applied to the quality control of the preparetion.
