摘要
目的:建立评价葛根注射液质量的指纹图谱分析方法。方法:采用HPLC法,Agilent ZORBAX SB-C18柱(5μm,4.6mm×250mm),甲醇-水为流动相梯度洗脱,流速0.9mL/min,柱温25℃,检测波长250nm。结果:得到了分离度较好的指纹图谱,识别了7个共有指纹峰。结论:该方法稳定、准确、可靠,可用于葛根注射液的质量控制。
Objective： To establish a method for determing the fingerprints of Gegen Injection by HPLC. Methods： The sample was separated on a Agilent ZORBAX SB - C18 column with MeOH - H20 solution by gradient elution. The flow rate was 0. 9 mL/ min. UV detection wavelength was at 250nm. Column temperature was at 25℃ Results： Seven common peaks in the HPLC profile were found in Gegen injection in different growing areas. Conclusion： The method is stable, accurate and creditable. It can be used to control the quality of Gegen injection.
