摘要
目的:建立评价葛根注射液质量的指纹图谱分析方法。方法:采用HPLC法,Agilent ZORBAX SB-C18柱(5μm,4.6mm×250mm),甲醇-水为流动相梯度洗脱,流速0.9mL/min,柱温25℃,检测波长250nm。结果:得到了分离度较好的指纹图谱,识别了7个共有指纹峰。结论:该方法稳定、准确、可靠,可用于葛根注射液的质量控制。
Objective: To establish a method for determing the fingerprints of Gegen Injection by HPLC. Methods: The sample was separated on a Agilent ZORBAX SB - C18 column with MeOH - H20 solution by gradient elution. The flow rate was 0. 9 mL/ min. UV detection wavelength was at 250nm. Column temperature was at 25℃ Results: Seven common peaks in the HPLC profile were found in Gegen injection in different growing areas. Conclusion: The method is stable, accurate and creditable. It can be used to control the quality of Gegen injection.
