经尿道前列腺气化加电切术治疗重度良性前列腺增生

The combined use of transurethral electrovaporization and transurethral resection in the treatment of large volume benign prostatic hyperplasia.

目的探讨重度良性前列腺增生(BPH)的有效治疗方法。方法回顾性分析我院自2000年4月至2008年3月间,对318例重度良性前列腺增生患者,采用经尿道前列腺气化术(TUVP)加经尿道前列腺电切术(TURP)治疗的效果。结果全部患者手术均获成功,均安全度过围手术期,无大出血及尿失禁等严重并发症。术后随访6～24个月,国际前列腺症状评分(IPSS)从术前平均29.7分降至术后9.1分。结论 TUVP加TURP联合治疗兼有两者优点,是治疗重度BPH的有效方法。

Objective To explore the effect of the combined use of transurethral electrovaporization of the prostate （TUVP） andtransuerthral resection of the prostate （TURP） in the treatment of large volume benign prostatic hyperplasia （BPH）. Methods Retrospectively analyzed 318 cases of large volume BPH undertaken electrode transurethral vaporization combined with electric prostatectomy therapy from Apr 2000 to March 2008. Results All cases safely lived through the perioperative period. No severe complications like massive hemorrhage and urinary incontinence was observed. IPSS scoring decreased from 29.7 to 9.1 during 6 - 24 months follow - up after operation. Conclusion Combined electro- vaporization with transurethral resection of the prostate for BPH can gain the advantages of both two operations. It is an effective treatment for large volume BPH.
