B-Lynch缝合联合宫腔填塞在剖宫产术中大出血的应用

B-Lynch suture joint cavity filling in the application of massive hemorrhage during cesarean section.

目的探讨B-Lynch缝合联合宫腔填塞纱条在剖宫产术中大出血的治疗效果。方法采用B-Lynch缝合联合宫腔填塞纱条以压迫子宫,减少出血,塞纱后24 h内经阴道取出纱条。结果剖宫产术大出血的患者32例,胎盘因素22例,子宫收缩乏力9例;凝血功能障碍1例,均有效止血,无一失败。结论剖宫产术中难治性子宫出血,B-Lynch缝合联合宫腔填塞能有效止血,避免了子宫切除,保留了生育能力,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the combined B - Lynch suture in cesarean section uterine packing gauze in the treatment of refractory bleeding. Methods B - Lynch suture with gauze packing the joint cavity pressure uterus and reduce bleeding, plug yarn within 24 hours after vaginal gauze removed. Results The cesarean section in patients with intractable hemorrhage 32 cases, 22 cases of placental factors, weak nine cases of uterine contraction; coagulation dysfunction in 1 case, are effectively stop bleeding, no one fails. Conclusion The cesarean section uterine bleeding refractory, B - Lynch suture filling the joint cavity can effectively stop bleeding, avoiding hysterectomy, retained the ability to bear children, worthy of clinical application.
