人工髋关节置换术后股骨假体柄周围骨折的治疗

Treatment of periprosthetic femoral fracture after hip arthroplasty.

目的回顾性分析人工髋关节置换术后假体柄周围骨折的分型、治疗。方法将本院近10年收治的人工髋关节置换术后假体柄周围骨折的10例病例,按Vancouver分类方法分型,根据分型采用相应的治疗方法。结果 10例均得到随访,随访5～12个月;平均8.2个月。Harris评分均较术前有升高。结论 Vancouver分类方法具有良好的临床指导价值,根据股骨假体柄周围骨折的Vancouver不同类型选择不同的治疗方法,均得到满意疗效。

Objective To retrespectivaly analyze the type and therapeutic procedures for periprosthetic femoral fracture after hip arthroplasty. Methods The data of diverse therapeutic procedures in 10 cases of periprosthetic femoral fractures after hip arthroplasty in recent ten years were analyzed according to Classification of Vancouver. Results All 10 patients were followed up for an average of 8.2 months （ ranged from 5 to 12 months）. According to Harris Score Standard, all these cases have higher scores than those before operation. Conclusion Classification of Vancouver is important for treatment, and it is the key for successful treatment of periprosthetic femoral fracture in choosing different ways.
