左半结肠癌合并急性肠梗阻的手术治疗

Surgical treatment of patients with acute intestinal obstruction caused by left colon cancer

目的探讨手术治疗左半结肠癌合并急性肠梗阻的临床疗效。方法回顾分析我院2005年1月至2009年1月间手术治疗42例左半结肠癌合并急性肠梗阻的临床资料,并进行临床分析。结果本组42例患者均采用手术治疗,41例康复出院,1例术后因中毒性休克死亡。2例发生伤口感染,经对症处理后痊愈。本组随访时间为1～5年,复发23例,死亡23例,死亡率为57.14%。结论左半结肠癌合并急性肠梗阻应尽早进行手术治疗,并应正确掌握手术适应证,根据术中的实际情况,灵活运用手术方式,提高患者的生命质量。

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of surgical treatment of patients with acute intestinal obstruction caused by left colon carcinoma.Methods The clinical data of surgical treatment in 42 cases of acute intestinal obstruction caused by left colon carcinoma in this hospital during January 2005 to January 2009 were retrospectively analyzed.Results All these 42 patients were treated by surgical operation,41 of them were recovered and discharged,and 1 patient died of toxic shock.Wound infection occurred in 2 patients,and they were cured by symptomatic treatment.All patients were followed up for 1～5 years,recurrence and death happened in 23 cases with a mortality rate of 57.14%.Conclusion Patients with acute bowel obstruction caused by left colon cancer should undertake surgical operation as soon as possible.Operative indications should be correctly grasped,and flexible application of surgical procedures is carried out according to the actual situation of operation in order to improve the quality of life of patients.
