摘要
本文对区域Ec-R-Ev复合系统的协调机理作了深入的分析,定量描述了Ec-R-Ev复合系统的静态协调度及动态协调度.在空间结构定义的基础上,引入了行为矩阵的概念,并提出了一种基于行为矩阵的静态协调管理方法.
In this paper, the coordination mechanism of the Economy-Resource-Environment composite system is analyzed. The concepts of the static and dynamic coordination degree are described quantitatively. On the basis of the definition of the spatial structure, the concept of the behavior matrix is given. Based on the behavior matrix, a static coordination management method is proposed.
