摘要
位于南京市市区的中山门隧道,地埋环境特殊,地质条件多变,工期紧迫。该工程由穿越南京古城墙墙底的两座大跨、浅埋、坦拱公路隧道组成,施工时必须确保作为国家文物的古城墙不受损坏。为此,经过反复比选,综合应用了包括拱部长管棚预注浆支托、顶设导坑环形开挖、充分利用核心土体支承作用的临时支护方法、尽快实施二次衬砌封闭成环、全过程监控量测等项技术,仅用两个半月时间工程即告完成,城墙完好无损。本文总结了工程的基本经验后认为,只要从我国的实际情况出发,在某些特殊的隧道工程中因地制宜地综合应用新奥法、矿山法的修建技术,可以获得满意的结果与良好的社会、经济和环境效益。
Zhongshanmen Tunnel, which is located at the urban district of Nanjing city, owns the characteristics of different geographical environment, complicated geological conditions and urgent construction period, consists of two large - span road tunnels with shallow overburden and flat arch underpassing through the bottom of Nanjing ancient city wall. In order to prevent the ancient city wall from damage, various support methods have been applied after repeated comparison and selection, such as long pipe roof protection at arch, ring cut method with top heading, fully using core earth as temporary support, closing of secondary lining to form a ring a soon as possible and whole -course monitoring and measuring. So this project had been finished in two and half months only . The ancient city wall had been completely protected. Based on these experiences, this article comes to a conclusion that good social, economic benefit and environmental effectiveness can be achieved so long as NATM and traditional construction method have been applied in some special tunnel in line with local conditions.
