摘要
阐述了“国产”与“国产化”的区别。国产地铁车辆与技术装备虽已取得很大成绩,但仍急需技术含量高的国产化产品。“安全、可靠、准时、经济、实用”可作为城市轨道交通技术装备的原则。目前中国已有能力生产质量合格、水平较高的城市轨道车辆和各种技术装备,但应加快其标准的制订并加大开发力度。
Although great successes have been achieved in the production of subway vehicles and technical equipment, there is still an urgent need to improve the technical level of the home - made products. Hence the difference between 'domestics' and 'home - manufacture'. The author argues that the principle for UMT equipment shall be 'safe, reliable, punctual, economic and utility'. In a word, although China is able to produce UMT vehicles and various technical equipment for practical use, the formulation of a strict standard and a larger scale home - manufacture of UMT equipment is still expected.
