摘要
从轨道交通和都市发展的关系入手,回顾了交通诱导城市结构变迁的过程以及世界轨道交通发展中的经验和规律。轨道交通在节约利用土地、维持城市中心活力以及促使城市呈组团式发展等方面有着极为有利的影响。我国的轨道交通建设应注意:与常规公交统一考虑,形成庞大网络后才能有效发挥作用;应纳入城市的发展战略规划,建立在公交一体化的基础上,不能仅作为独立的系统进行规划;沿线应保持较高的开发密度;应考虑城市的经济前景等等。
In considering the relation between urban development and rail traffic, retrospecting to the process of urban changes under traffic inducement, the experiences and the law of urban traffic development in the world, the active influence of rail traffic in saving land - use, vitalizing city life and forming block development, the author points out that a network of rail and road traffic, a strategic planning based on the unification of public transportation, a higher development density along rail lines and the economic prospect of a city shall be given enough attention to in rail traffic construction.
