摘要
随着我国高等教育事业的快速发展,高等教育体制改革逐步深入,传统的学生管理模式已很难适应形势发展的需要。因此,根据时代发展和大学生自我发展的需要,构建弘扬大学生主体性的学生管理模式就显得尤为重要,以引导学生学会做人、学会做事、学会学习和学会生存,促成学生在品格修炼上自律。在与人相处上自治、在知识探求上自觉和在生活管理上自理,实现学生管理从他律向自律的转变。
With the rapid development of China’s higher education and the deepening of the reform of the higher education system, the traditional student management system is becoming increasingly ineffective. This paper proposes a so-called 4-Learn 4-self model for students management to meet both the needs of social development and the needs of students’ self-development. The model is designed to guide the students in their effort to learn to be, to learn to do, to learn to study and to learn to survive. The goal is to facilitate a transition from external discipline to internal discipline. Specifically, the model promotes students’ competence in such skills as self-discipline in personality development, self-monitoring in interpersonal relations, self-motivation in study, and self-reliance in everyday life.
