逆行交锁髓内钉内固定股骨远端骨折的临床观察

目的：探讨逆行交锁髓内钉治疗股骨远端骨折的f腼床疗效。方法：回顾性分析我院2003年2月－2008年9月所收治股骨干远端骨折33例患者，均行逆行交锁髓内钉固定术，经术后处理与功能锻炼，每两周复查x射线片，观察骨折的愈合情况。结果：33例患者术后随访1年～6年，平均3．9年，骨折均解剖复位良好。骨折完全愈合时间3—6个月，平均4个月，无一例发生坏死感染，均为一期愈合。应用本方法治疗后股骨远端愈合率优良率84．85％。结论：逆行交锁髓内钉固定术治疗股骨远端骨折愈合效果好，安全有效，是目前较理想的治疗方法。
