胸腔镜下肺大泡切除术的呼吸管理 被引量:6

摘要 目的:探讨胸腔镜下肺大泡切除术的呼吸管理。方法:40例肺大泡所致的张力性气胸手术患者,全组均采用静脉快速诱导插入双腔支气管导管,间歇正压通气。行单肺通气时,采用间歇正压通气加呼气末正压呼吸通气,并及时调整通气参数。结果:40例肺大泡患者双腔气管插管顺利,变换体位后调整率30%。结论:双腔气管插管成功,双肺隔离完全,患者肺萎陷满意,调整单肺通气的呼吸管理防治低氧血症是麻醉成功的关键。
