介绍了230钢顶铝裙组合活塞的结构特点；活塞顶、活塞裙、连接螺栓、螺套以及活塞销的试制工艺；并对各零件的加工要点作了详细说明。
It is presented in this paper the structural characteristics of type 230 two-piece piston with steel crown and aluminum skirt,and tria1 manufacturing processes of piston crown, piston skirt,connecting boltand gUdgeon pin. Key points of machining process for each component are described in more detail.
