DF_(11)机车车体侧壁蒙皮电热胀拉工艺

摘要 针对DF_11机车车体侧壁的结构特点,分析了薄壁结构组焊过程中产生波浪变形的原因及影响因素,叙述了车体侧壁蒙皮电热胀拉工艺的原理和特点,并对电热胀拉工艺的几个主要参数进行了分析和讨论。试验和应用表明,将电热胀拉工艺应用在车体例壁蒙皮组焊中,可使车体侧壁蒙皮的平面度达到设计要求。 With a view to structural characteristics of side wall of DFl, locom0tive b0dy,the paper not only analyzes causes for wavy deformation during the welding of thin wall structure and other affecting factors,but also presents the principle and characteristics of electrothermal expanding and stretching process for locomotive body side wall sheathing. Some main parameters of the process have also been analyzed and discussed. It shows on the basis 0f experiments and app1ications that the electrothermal expanding andstretching pr0cess can obtain good effects during the welding of side wal1 sheathing of loc0m0tive b0dy,hencethe planeness of the sheathing can meet the design requirements.
