摘要
介绍了用多重毛细管法测量高温高剪切速率下表观粘度的方法。考察了内燃机油多级油高温高剪切粘度和低温高剪切粘度这两个相互联系又相互制约的分析项目。试验结果表明,通过调整基础油和稠化剂,可以调制出符合SAEJ300—94规格要求的内燃机油多级油。
A measure of the apparent viscosity(multicell) under
high-temperature high-shear rate was described. The paper studied the relation and interaction
between HTHS viscosity and LTHS viscosity of multigrade engine oils .The results showed that
formulated multigrade engine oils accorded with demands of SAE J300 94 specification by
adjusting base oils and thickener.
